My Target

At the end of this activity, you will be decisive in terms of using on-line resource materials and interactive programs.

My Map

For this process, explore the world through these steps:
1. Observe a class and take note of the topic being presented.
2. Surf the net to find sites that provide support materials.
3. Evaluate the materials or programs.
4. Reflect on your FS experience.

๐ŸšฉContents are dynamic and always updated. It is a good reference for teachers teaching science, electronics, physics, information technology, and computer science courses.

๐ŸšฉTo date, AAC has 500,000+ members, 4M+ visits monthly, 1.2M+ forum posts, and 100+ countries represented.

๐ŸšฉContributors and writers are using technical jargon, thus it is a bit confusing for those who come across this website for the first time.

๐ŸšฉHowever, the target audience of this website are those that are in the field of electronic communications, engineers, information technology specialists, tech savvy individuals, so the jargon are considered as "layman's terms" for them

Reflection on My Field Study Experience

Going through this field study experience was challenging and gratifying at the same time. This is a true reflection of learning by doing. Concepts learned during the asynchronous sessions are one thing but the applications and processes is another.

I have learned so much about what I should and should not do when preparing my teaching materials such that these instructional aids have appropriate uses. These uses must all be anchored towards the subject matter, the learning goals, and the curriculum as a whole.

The one that challenged me the most was when I was tasked to create an infographics. At first I find it very confusing but as I explore how use various online resources for this task, I realized it is very helpful and useful for any profession. I also realized that as students and as professionals, we can always go an extra mile, discover other resources, and do further readings apart from what is given to us.

This experience was also fulfilling for me because I have come this far. I have used my own teaching materials for this field study which I find it more meaningful and relevant. It has opened my mind to various things that I can do when I teach in class. It has been a great help for me personally and I take this field study not as a mere requirement but also as a way to evaluate myself what I can do as a student and as a professionals.

Yes, the whole experience was also challenging because working and studying at the same time is like serving two masters at once. When laziness strikes, everything just went down. But there is always that little ray of light that kept me motivated from all these challenges – and now it was all worth it.
