My Analysis

After working on your slide presentation, answer the following questions:

What are the good features of a slide presentation?

Having a slide show presentation is not enough for an effective instructional material. The slide show itself must have good features for it to be appropriate and supplemental medium of transferring knowledge to the learners. Here are the following good features of a slide show presentation

     ✅Slides should be well designed.
     ✅Keep the background simple.
✅Fonts should be legible from 10 feet away.
✅Graph labels and photo captions should be legible as well.
✅Use bold-face fonts to emphasize important facts.
✅Use appropriate graphs, photos, and videos.
     ✅Keep sentences short and simple.
     ✅Organize the presentation logically.
✅Avoid using light colors for texts as they are not visible in room lighting conditions.

Which of these features are present in the slide presentation you made?

My slide presentation contains most of the good features, if not all. My main concern as I was making this slide presentation was the content itself. I see to it that only the important facts are included and statements are concise, simple, and easy to understand. The videos also supported the given facts. In general, the slide presentation is consistent to the lesson topic.

Which features are not present in the slide presentation you made?

My slide presentation do not have hyperlink and animation features.

My Reflections

What difficulties, if any, did you encounter in making the slide presentations? How did you overcome them?

Slide presentations are easy to make as long as the materials that needed to be added on each page are already prepared. I did not encounter any difficulties while making this presentation.

Just a tip: One can also save the slide presentation as photo (jpeg format) when using smart television.
